Mission Statement
Sozo Bible College trains and credentials ministers, missionaries, and disciple-makers through sound biblical and theological education paired with hands-on practical ministry training and a deliberate, central emphasis on the person and power of the Holy Spirit — equipping students not only to prepare souls for eternity, but to bring the Kingdom of God to bear on the brokenness of the present world.
We Are Committed To
- Excellence without exclusivity — a full academic ladder from Certificate through Doctorate, held to a genuinely high standard, made financially accessible to students in extreme low-income regions of the world.
- Theology that produces action — every course pairs sound doctrine with a practical assignment: a sermon preached, a disciple made, an act of ministry attempted and reflected upon — so graduates can both explain the faith and live it out.
- A Gospel that changes the world, not just prepares for the next one — training students to joyfully give themselves to "Thy kingdom come" in their families, communities, and nations: confronting injustice, poverty, sickness, and the curse itself with the present power of the Gospel, not only a future hope.
- The Holy Spirit as core curriculum — not an elective add-on, but a thread running through every level of study, forming students who minister in supernatural power, not technique alone.
- A global, multilingual reach — course content delivered first in English, then translated into French, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Korean, Japanese, and Persian, so language is never the barrier between a called servant and their training.
- Sustainable generosity — tuition costs kept to what students in low-income nations can realistically bear, sustained by sponsors and donors who share our conviction that the Gospel is worth funding, not gatekeeping.
Tuition, Access and Accountability
Our Long-Range View
We carry forward what Dr. Duane F. Steeves began, while extending his foundation in this distinct direction: the conviction that the Gospel is not only the door to heaven, but the power of God now at work to remake the earth. We're building a multi-year training pathway that supports students internationally — with consistent course structure, instructor mentoring, and a clear progression through foundational doctrine, ministry practice, leadership, and missions readiness, all the way from Certificate to Doctorate.
