• Leads a Men’s Recovery group in partnership with Prodigals International — drawing from his own journey of restoration; Zoom meetings available

Rev. Galbraith embodies the biblical prophet-evangelist calling — proclaiming the gospel with power and demonstration of the Spirit, planting and strengthening churches across Canada and internationally, leading men into freedom through recovery ministry, and raising up the next generation of disciples. His bi-vocational life is itself a testimony: powerful ministry does not require a platform, only faithfulness and anointing. And his willingness to lead men’s recovery from a place of personal experience speaks louder than any credential.

Argentina:

• Missionary 2001–2008; obtained dual Argentine citizenship during that period

• Incarnational presence — not short-term visits, but sustained life on the field

Pakistan — DOSI Gospel Missions:

• Founded a church plant in Toba Tek Singh — teaches every Sunday in Urdu via translator
• Sunday School & literacy program for Christian children barred from public schools due to their faith
• Provided two fresh water wells — Brick Village (Toba Tek Singh) and a homeless children’s camp near Sahiwal
• Food, clothing & emergency medical care for orphaned children near Sahiwal
• International online ministry reaching Urdu-speaking believers globally

Teaching at Sozo Bible College: Cross-cultural missions, persecuted church ministry, indigenous church planting

Rev. Meade’s ministry to the poor, the persecuted, and the forgotten embodies Dr. Steeves’ founding vision: holistic gospel witness that preaches Christ while meeting real human need.
