Liberty Counselling Centre serves both Life Centre Church members and the broader community. You don't need to be a Christian or attend our church to receive counseling—we welcome anyone who needs help.
Our counseling is provided on a donation basis. We ask that contributions relate to your ability to pay and your need for help. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
Biblical Perspective: While we counsel from a Christian worldview and may reference Scripture, we respect where you are in your faith journey and meet you with grace and understanding.

Required for couples wanting to be married at Life Centre Church. Also available to any couple preparing for marriage.
Wedding Ceremonies: Our pastors perform weddings for couples who complete marriage preparation. Ceremonies can be customized to reflect your faith and values while honoring God.
Vow Renewal: Couples wanting to renew their commitment can schedule renewal ceremonies—a beautiful way to celebrate God's faithfulness in your marriage.

To be Anounced and Rev. Troy Gagliardi serve as directors of Liberty Counselling Centre, bringing years of counseling experience from various Christian organizations. They oversee the counseling ministry, provide direct counseling, and ensure biblical, ethical, and compassionate care.
Both directors combine theological training with extensive practical experience in helping people navigate life's challenges through biblical wisdom and proven counseling methods.
Liberty Counselling Centre was previously operated by Dr. Hanns Abma, who served through the church campus and community visitations. We honor his legacy of compassionate care and continue his vision of providing holistic counseling to those in need.
Confidentiality: Everything you share is kept strictly confidential (except in cases of danger to self/others or legal requirements). You can speak freely in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
By Appointment: Counseling is available by appointment. This ensures dedicated time for your needs without interruption. Contact us to schedule your first session.
Location Options: Sessions can be held at our church campus or, when appropriate, through visitation at your location. Some counseling may also be available via phone or video call.
Session Length: Typical sessions are 50-60 minutes. Some situations may require longer sessions or more frequent meetings, which can be arranged.
Ongoing or One-Time: You can come for a single session to address a specific issue, or engage in ongoing counseling for deeper, long-term work. We adapt to your needs.
While we handle a broad range of issues, we recognize our limitations. Liberty Counselling Centre operates as pastoral counseling, not professional clinical therapy. We will refer you to licensed professionals for:
| Severe Mental Illness | Conditions requiring psychiatric care, medication management, or intensive clinical treatment (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, severe clinical depression) |
| Legal Issues | Matters requiring legal counsel, court-ordered therapy, custody evaluations, or forensic assessment |
| Specialized Treatment | Eating disorders, severe trauma (PTSD), personality disorders, or other conditions requiring specialized clinical expertise |
| Medical Issues | When physical health problems underlie emotional/mental struggles, we encourage medical evaluation alongside counseling |
Our Commitment: If we determine you need professional clinical care, we will help you find appropriate resources and can continue to provide spiritual support alongside professional treatment.
