Liberty World Ministries is led by ordained ministers who combine theological depth, ministry experience, and administrative wisdom to oversee the four divisions of our work: Sozo Bible College, World Missions, Life Centre Church, and the Fellowship of Evangelical Ministers.
Rev. Joseph H. Bauché
President, CEO & Dean of Sozo Bible College

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Provides apostolic oversight for all four ministry divisions
- Sets vision and strategic direction for Liberty World Ministries
- Serves as Dean of Sozo Bible College, ensuring academic excellence and spiritual formation
- Represents the organization to churches, donors, and ministry partners
- Maintains Dr. Duane F. Steeves' founding vision while bringing fresh direction

- Works alongside Rev. Bauché in providing organizational leadership
- Teaches content courses at Sozo Bible College
- Advises and counsels other ministry organizations for more effective gospel ministry
- Helps ministries improve their operational effectiveness and kingdom impact
- Brings business acumen and strategic thinking to ministry decisions

- Has handled financial transactions for international clients
- Engaged in online teaching ministry through digital platforms
- Explores the Word of God using social media (Rumble and other platforms)
- Bridges traditional ministry with modern digital outreach strategies

Rev. Robert Galbraith
Prophet • Evangelist • Church Overseer — Alberta Campus & Central/South America Missions
Location: Edmonton (Etown), Alberta, Canada
Ministry: Ekklesia Rise Ministries / The Fellowship House Edmonton
Leadership Role:
- Heads the Alberta regional campus of Liberty World Ministries
- Holds LWM oversight for Central & South America missions and evangelism
- Founder & Overseer of The Fellowship House — a Spirit-led, participatory ekklesia in Edmonton
- Course Instructor, Sozo Bible College — cross-cultural missions, evangelism & church planting
- Leading the establishment of Sozo Bible College Alberta Campus — extending theological education to Edmonton and the surrounding region
- Moves in the offices of prophet and evangelist
- Provides church planting leadership and evangelistic outreach
- Leads homegroups and trains grassroots ministry leaders
Mission Fields:
- Philippines — active field ministry
- Costa Rica — active church strengthening & evangelism

Rev. David Shawn Meade
Founder & Director — DOSI Gospel Missions (DGM)
Credential: Provincially Registered Ordained Pastor, British Columbia — Religious Representative # 39963
Mission Fields:
- Argentina — Missionary 2001–2008 (dual citizen); returned 2021 to teach and care for a family of orphaned children
- Toba Tek Singh, Pakistan — Founded and supports a church plant; teaches each Sunday in Urdu through a translator; Sunday School and literacy program for children excluded from public schools
- Sahiwal, Pakistan — Food, clothing, and emergency medical assistance to a homeless children’s camp
- International Online Ministry — Reaching believers and seekers across borders through digital platforms
Infrastructure & Development:
- Provided two fresh water wells in Pakistan — one in the Brick Village, Toba Tek Singh; one at a homeless children’s camp near Sahiwal
- Established literacy instruction for Pakistani Christian children who are barred from public schools due to their faith
A Note on Academic Recognition
Liberty World Ministries gratefully acknowledges the extraordinary missionary work of Rev. David Shawn Meade and DOSI Gospel Missions. His decades of sustained, sacrificial presence among the poor, the persecuted, and the forgotten — in Argentina, Pakistan, and beyond — stand as a living expression of the Great Commission in its fullest form.
We are honoured to recognize Rev. Meade as an instructor at Sozo Bible College. His years of field experience in cross-cultural missions, indigenous church planting, and ministry among the persecuted Church bring an authenticity and depth to the classroom that no textbook alone can provide. Students who complete courses under Rev. Meade’s instruction will receive full academic credit toward their Sozo Bible College program.

Sozo Bible College
Oversight: Rev. Joseph O. Bauché (Dean)
Training the next generation of ministers, missionaries, and Christian leaders with sound biblical theology and practical ministry skills.
World Missions
Coordination: Executive Leadership
Supporting orphanages, planting churches, and discipling indigenous leaders in Philippines, India, Pakistan, Mexico, and beyond.
Life Centre Church
Pastoral Care: Executive Leadership
A local congregation in Langley Township, BC, providing worship, discipleship, and community outreach.
Fellowship of Evangelical Ministers

Supporting and encouraging pastors and ministers through fellowship, resources, and credentialing.
