The Triune God: I affirm belief in one God eternally existing in three co-equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — distinct in person, one in essence, nature, and glory (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

The Word of God: I affirm that the Bible — both Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, the supreme standard for all doctrine and practice (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21).

Salvation by Grace: I affirm that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and is the only mediator between God and humanity (Ephesians 2:8–9; 1 Timothy 2:5).

The Holy Spirit: I affirm the person and work of the Holy Spirit — including the new birth, sanctification, and the ongoing ministry of spiritual gifts for the edification of the body of Christ (Acts 2:38; 1 Corinthians 12–14).

The Church: I affirm the universal church as the body of Christ composed of all true believers, and the importance of the local church as the primary expression of that body — gathered for worship, discipleship, mission, and the ordinances of baptism and communion (Ephesians 4:11–12; Hebrews 10:25).

Resurrection & Return: I affirm the bodily resurrection of believers, the reality of eternal life with God for the saved, and the bodily return of Jesus Christ in power and glory (John 5:28–29; 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18; Revelation 22:20).

Ministerial Conduct: I affirm a commitment to live and minister according to biblical standards of character, integrity, and holiness — and to submit to the accountability structure of FOFEM as a safeguard to my ministry and testimony (1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:6–9).
