6Credential Renewal & Signature

Credential in Trust

I acknowledge that my FOFEM ministerial credential is granted to me in trust by Liberty World Ministries. It remains the property of FOFEM and I hold it as a steward of that trust. Should I leave FOFEM, the credential is to be returned to leadership.
