“The thing with religion is that it works with you where you are. The thing that is good for you to do as an acolyte may be hateful heresy when you become more advanced. Of course there's no lack of people to condemn you in either state”
““God is not discovered by pride, but revealed to surrender.””
“The serpent is not flesh. The serpent is spiritual. What appears in the material world is only its echo— a shadow translated into biology, structure, pattern. When the body encounters a foreign invader, it does not always destroy it outright. Sometimes it walls it off. Sometimes it contains rather than expels. A boundary is formed. A shell. An enclosure. Within that enclosure, strange alliances can arise. The parasite survives, not by conquest, but by accommodation. It becomes wrapped, buffered, insulated— encased in layers that mediate between host and invader. A symbiosis emerges, not for the good of the whole, but for the endurance of the intruder. This is not a statement of pathology, but of pattern. Spirit precedes structure. What manifests in the body mirrors what operates in systems, and what operates in systems mirrors what moves in the unseen. The serpent does not need to rule openly. It only needs a place to dwell, a boundary that keeps it safe, a relationship that allows it to persist without challenge. So it cloaks itself. In religion, it hides behind ritual. In medicine, behind protocol. In governance, behind regulation. In culture, behind normalcy. Layers form— language, credentials, institutions— each one buffering the core from direct confrontation. The host adapts. The presence is tolerated. The abnormal becomes familiar. And slowly, the system reorganizes itself around what was meant to be temporary. Again, this is not an accusation against individuals, nor a denial of sincere care or genuine healing. It is a warning about containment without transformation. What is merely managed is never truly healed. What is isolated but not expelled is given time to entrench itself. The serpent thrives in such arrangements— not because it is powerful, but because it is patient. The spiritual parasite survives by convincing the host that coexistence is wisdom, that boundaries are solutions, that naming is the same as casting out. But walls are not deliverance. And insulation is not freedom. What is left unchallenged at the center will eventually define the whole.”
“He takes a wretch and transforms him into a saint”
“God has revealed His magnitude through many names, each declaring an aspect of His sovereign nature. When we call upon the name revealed in our request, we honor who He is, and our asking becomes an act of reverent connection rather than mere petition.”
“God, in His magnitude, has made Himself known through many names, each one revealing His character, authority, and faithfulness. When we pray, calling upon the name that aligns with our request—Healer, Provider, Fortress—we are not limiting Him, but honoring Him. We approach Him not only with need, but with recognition of His sovereignty, allowing our request to rest in who He has already revealed Himself to be.”
“Who has ever been turned from His door? Who has ever left His table unsatisfied? Whoever drank at His fountain of eternal freshness and left thirsty?”
“His love is kind, His love is patient, His love is gracious, and His love is longsuffering. His love is the purest, the highest, the holiest, and the surest.”
“The warm penetrating rays of His love have softened the hearts of the hardest, the coldest, and the meanest. His love has captivated the heart of the lonely, the hurting, the disappointed, the disillusioned, and the discouraged.”
“Jesus Christ is the one in whom God the Father dwells and is made known.”
“But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel: 'And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh... and they shall prophesy.' (Acts 2:16-18 KJV)”
“The tides of His love only rise higher and fuller and fresher. His love knows no limits and no boundaries. His love is eternal, when time ceases to be His love will continue. We cannot get beyond the reach of His love. The Prodigal Son in Luke chapter fifteen tried and failed. His love spans all gulfs, it overcomes all barriers, and it transcends all heights and reaches to the lowest hell. Who could fathom the depths of His love or number the benefits of His loving kindness? His love is kind, His love is patient, His love is gracious, and His love is longsuffering. His love is the purest, the highest, the holiest, and the surest. Who has ever been turned from His door? Who has ever left His table unsatisfied? Whoever drank at His fountain of eternal freshness and left thirsty? The warm penetrating rays of His love have softened the hearts of the hardest, the coldest, and the meanest. His love has captivated the heart of the lonely, the hurting, the disappointed, the disillusioned, and the discouraged.”
